After trying 3 different bigger companies to help me with a rat problem, Gold Standard came in and was thorough in the exclusion work )unlike the other companies). I am grateful to have found Gold Standard. Jameson was so thorough in his work, kindly explained things to me and made sure that I was happy. Amazingly responsive the staff is. Thank you!!!

Jameson just wrapped up our 1 year follow up inspection today. Just as engaging, knowledgeable and professional as ever. If you're in the market for an inspection or treatment for pests, give Gold Standard a chance. Jameson is the owner and an overall honest man who doesn't oversell.So glad that I went with Gold Standard over the other options!

It’s rare you see a professional so dedicated to doing a great job. Big shoutout to Branden who had the patience and deep knowledge to explain every detail of the inspection with the focus of solving the issues in a convenient honest way rather than trying to suggest the most expensive solution.
