I liked this clinic for the vision. Had a good experience from check in to the Optometrist Venessa Chung. Her staff was pleasant and helpful in helping me choose my eyeglass frames. Venessa was very great with info and eye tests. 5 star for Vision Department!!!!Now for scheduling mental health services not so good. Can only give 2 star. From scheduling the appointment, to the day before my scheduled appointment was a nightmare!. I told the person scheduling I had no preference in gender just needed the soonest available appt. She helped me sched mine first then afterwards my spouse. He got a sooner appt then I. Also 2 days before this appt I got a text reminder & receptionist...read full review

I saw dr. Michelle Brown for ob/gyn related issues. She seems so caring, and I think she is one of the better doctors for Bay Area Community Health Center I been with Bach since August 2023. She listens to my concern too. I saw probably at least 7 different doctors under BACH & 90% of BACH's doctors are very bad. Also, it takes forever to get an appt to see specialists under BACH. I am glad I was able to get a sooner appt than late April appt since that appt was booked back in early March 2024.
