Apex Cardiology of Silicon Valley has excellent doctors who provide high-quality medical care. However, the office staff appears understaffed and has difficulty with follow-up and communication. The office also needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. Despite this, the staff and doctors are extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to educate patients about their conditions.

Doctor 👨‍⚕ himself: low bedside manner, cold and obviously not interested in discussing anything further in details with patients.

Staff: all pretty friendly, warm and helpful.

Overall, insurance covers so we go.

I can only imagine that the office staff has been updated based on the previous reviews that I have read. Every intereaction with every staff member was fast, professional, helpful and no nonsense. I highly reccomend this top level that I have recently experienced. The Dr. was clear and fast and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have chosen a better facility. I highly encourage others to choose this health center.

I have a wonderful and talented cardiologist - Dr. Kwa - who I have been with 9 years. However he is supported by a mediocre staff. These last 7 months I have been forced to spend more hours than i care to think about doing the staff work, for the staff, in order to resolve billing and authorization issues for a new course of treatment.

I have had my course of treatment denied, by Apex, because of a billing issue between the insurance company and Apex.

After having to dig into the issue I found that the staff either overlooked or ignored the insurance company procedures.
