I am very satisfied with this company's response and service.So far they have done what they said they would do to ensure my heating and AC unit to work properly. They installed promptly, the technicians were professionals and polite, they cleaned after finishing the job. furthermore, they continued responding promptly to my requests by phone or email due to technical difficulties and questions. Thanks to owner and staff for their dedication to satisfy customers.

I needed my furnace replaced and a heat pump installed. I had six bids and chose to work with Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning. I am very happy with the service. Matt Farber and his team did a great job - professional and efficient. They helped with rebates, took care of the permit, helped me track a phantom power issue (even though it is not caused by them). The installation took only a few hours, even though it is a complex job. I recommended them to my neighbor.Services: Heating system installation

Air Quality, Matt Farber and his team did a great job for us.Given that the work was finished at the end of October 1922, I feel guilty that it took me this long to write a review. A silver lining in that delay is the fact that we've had almost a year of experience with the system they put together for us.They were recommended to us by our next-door neighbors, for whom Air Quality had built a similar system to ours. We wanted a two-zone system---upstairs and downstairs in our case--- but were hesitating somewhat because of the thought of installing a second furnace.
