I called Air Care Heating & Cooling after searching for a San Jose company that was certified to do maintenance on Bryant's Evolution line of whole-house heat pumps. The certification is important because I've worked with other companies that lack this certification and they were lost when faced with Evolution's self-diagnostics system.
Air Care answered the phone promptly and they were able to set me up for a maintenance visit 2 days later.

This company was very pleasant to deal with from the initial call to the end of service call. Fernando was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He explained things very well and got my unit up and running quickly. I highly recommend.
I had both
Fernando and Eric to help out. They were both very
polite friendly and extremely competent. Fernando came out and did the initial diagnosis and ordered the part needed and Eric came out a few days later and made the repairs needed. Both were very efficient and welcome any time. Great service.!! Thanks
