Stubborn and incompetent Asian female receptionist who makes phone calls or interactions difficult. Doctor is alright but slow and condescending like receptionist a bit. I would be asking him a simple question like if a certain metric on the blood work is good or bad or whatnot and he phrases his response in a way where he is like quizzing me. And I'm thinking to myself like can u tell me the answer directly cus it sounds condescending the way he convey and phrases it lol
