Initially I was skeptical about this place, but when I arrived my worries were set to rest. Summer the was very informative and patient. My experience here was refreshing, relaxing and most importantly pleasant. I’m very happy to have given PureLux a try, I’m definitely going to be back. Thank you.

I did not read the reviews before going here but people seem to complain about the ladies being rough on your scalp. Well, mine was not. She def applied enough pressure to the point where it felt pleasurable. The only issue is the massage chair, that was so uncomfortable. When trying to tell the lady to turn off the massage chair, she did not understand and had to call the front desk lady. Everything else was amazing!!

I have come back multiple times because it has been such a pleasant and relaxing experience! I like how the ladies are very accommodating on your scalp condition and needs, as well as shoulder neck massage strength intensities.

Overall a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. However, the massage techniques weren’t particularly outstanding compared to regular massage places, and the price feels a bit high if it’s mainly just for a shampoo. The massage bed also became uncomfortable after lying on it for a while, which slightly affected the overall relaxation.

Absolutely amazing experience! My really good friend FoodGod brought me with him once, and it was such a cool experience that I had to come back and try it for myself. This time, I brought my grandma—and we both loved it!
The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. As someone who wears extensions regularly, this treatment was exactly what my scalp needed. It felt deeply cleansing and refreshing, and I could instantly feel the difference in my scalp health.
My grandma hasn’t stopped talking about how relaxing it was for her too. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone—especially those who wear wigs or extensions. It’s a must-try and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve always wanna try head & scalp spa and this is my first time here and first time in my life ever and here is what I thought. Vibe : Nice and clean,Relaxing and quiet. Staffs : Friendly,Polite and have an angel hands,Seriously! I almost fall asleep. Service : I did the $168/90 min.Why not?! Right,Just go all in.The massage chair was great! And the treatment was just right and my hair felt so clean and soft after it’s done. Parking : They are located in the plaza which was plenty of parking for everybody. Would I go back? Definitely.

I came here yesterday with my friend and let’s just say this was nothing what we expected for $190. We thought it would be a great experience since kim Kadarshian came here. We quickly realize that we might not have gotten the same treatment She did once getting there. It was hard to find the spot because the name of the location is not on top of the building so you have to look for the numbers. We checked in and they asked us if we had to use the restroom before the service, which was nice after that I was taken to go change into a towel and the robe. She then took me to take pictures of my scalp I was so excited to learn what she found, but then realized that there was a language barrier and she couldn’t really explain what was going on. All she could tell me was that my hair was oily and that I had a sensitive scalp. I thought she would explain exactly what she would do to help me with that situation, but realized that she couldn’t really explain again because of the language barrier. She then took me to the room and asked me to sit in a massage chair. The chair wasn’t comfortable at all. She told me to put my arms into the chair arms. Then she started the treatment. I don’t like when people talk to me during a massage, but I would have loved for her to explain what product she was putting in my hair. During the massage, she turned on the massage chair, and I realized that the chair was actually hurting me more than relaxing me the arm part squeezes your arm, so it was painful. I felt like the scalp massage was so fast not a 95 min like they advertised. After this massage, they picked me up and told me to go back to where we took the pictures for my scalp. She was then putting oils in my scalp that she didn’t explain at all and was using tools that had just been laying around. She also would get the tools stuck to my hair and would pull it. She then put a towel on my back and started what they claim is a massage but it was more like them beating me. I tried moving forward to show my discomfort but she would pull me back and massage roughly. She then asked how I wanted my hair blow dried either straight or natural. I have wavy hair so I asked if I could have it straightened and when she was done my hair wasn’t full dry 1 and 2 it was more frizzy then straight. She was also combing my hair with a brush that wasn’t clean at all. Once we got out my friend and I talked about how our shoulders were in pain but thought nothing of it. But once we got home we checked each others backs and both had red marks on our back where are were supposedly massaged. We were disappointed and upset we tried calling to let the place know, but got no answer. It was even hard for us to lay on our backs to sleep. The next morning we checked our backs again and realized we got bruisings. We called again this morning 4 different times and still no response. I truthfully don’t recommend this place at all. I bet you could get a better experience at a different spot of so much lesser of a price.

I've been here a few times, and it's been mostly great. (My last experience was a bit lackluster, but overall, this is a fun place to go.) Personally, they're relatively a cheaper option in the area, which is why I went here the most.
They're usually packed, so I would make an appointment at least two weeks in advance, though they have recently opened more locations and the appointment times may have changed.

This was the best scalp massage ever! You also lay in a massage bed while they do most of the scalp treatments. And the massage-things continue once you’re in the chair. They use a bunch of tools on your scalp that I’m not sure if they do anything, but they feel cool. But the massaging part is honestly the best. However, as a curly haired girly, this was not good for my hair. While my scalp was the cleanest it’s ever been, my hair was SUPER tangled after. I didn’t expect to have them do anything to my hair-because I’m not Asian and don’t expect them to know how to do my hair. But the scalp treatments just tangle your hair and they leave it. So, while I left feeling great, I wouldn’t go back until I’m ready to spend a ton of time getting a ton of tangles out of my hair. But, if you don’t have curly, wavy, or coily hair, you will LOVE it!
