I wish I could give 1 star! Terrible! I got s birthday gift voucher for massage and manicure. I didn’t bring anything with myself and just wanted to enjoy my gift. At the end the manager held my parking validation as a hostage to get tip! I was so embarrassed not to have anything with me and they put me in the corner and investigating me why I don’t have apple pay ,Zelle, cash or paypal or anything else to give them? And during manicure they were really pushing hard to sell me different services so I felt terrible why I came here?!very uncomfortable! There is lots to love about the Sheraton San Gabriel, from the beautiful lobby to gorgeous facade, spacious suites and friendly staff. I was very happy with our stay compared to other hotels in the area and will definitely come back. The only quibble is that breakfast is awful - it needs better quality and variety and unlike most Marriott properties, there wasn't even an a la carte option available to upgrade to. A minor quibble for a very good hotel.

I've stayed plenty of nights with Sheraton. And love it every time, if there are any issues that arise Guest Services are on it quickly. We usually come about 2-3 times a year. Parking is $18 per vehicle per day with unlimited entry. Located in a residential area, you're allowed to park on the street during the day without permit. No parking on street without a permit between 2am-6am or you will be fined by city of San Gabriel. You may purchase a temporary overnight parking permit for $4 per night from a permit vending machine at the San Gabriel Police Department or the San Gabriel Parks and Recreation Department.
