A week ago I made an appointment for gel nails, regular pedicure and individual eyelashes. I thought I had been here before but I was very mistaken. I was unaware they only do gel pedicures or no polish pedicures (strangest concept) but nails and pedicure were good. The issue was with the eyelashes. They came out absolutely horrible. Please see the pictures of what I asked for versus what I got. I was able to see how bad the left side was, and I voiced my concerns about them looking horribly fake, especially when I asked for the lashes to be full, but still natural. Egh. Everyone was nice and the place is clean and that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars. Called in advance and was told $35 for a gel pedi over the phone. As she's doing my nails I asked again and now she says it's $40. Ummm ok. While she's doing my pedi, whatever she's doing to one foot she's not doing on the other foot. Soooo you're only gonna clean up the cuticles and under the toes on one foot and forget there's another foot? Definitely one of the worse pedis.

I've been getting my nails and lashes done here for years. Elaine is so creative, patient and nice. I love that they only take appointments, it keeps waiting time to a minimum.
