Rude old lady at front desk. Ask the younger receptionists to schedule your appointment or the old lady may forget to schedule your next appointment. Happened many times I come in and i find out i have no appointment!!

I love this place, no frills, they get you in and out. I'm not sure of his name but the office manager was super professional and patient when I made a mistake with the insurance company. I love that the dentist does your cleaning, not a hygienist. I'm sure a hygienist is great but these dentists are very honest and don't upsell me. I will continue to come here even if I have to pay cash. Thank you cheng dental office!!!

The dentists are nice and friendly, but the office lady is lazy and makes people feel she drunk too much before working everyday. The doctor asked she to make an appointment (deep cleaning) for me, she made an extraction appointment wrongly. I standed there, and seen she cannot log into the dental office's email in 5 minutes. She scared me away to other dental offices.
