Prices gone up a couple of dollars since reopening. Still the best hair cut for the money. Does a passable taper or fade when requested. Firmly recommended. More crowded on weekends.

“Got a Japanese straightening treatment. This is my second time getting the treatment with D&T. The first one lasted a year on me. I didn't have to straighten my hair everyday with an iron. Just woke up and my hair was straight. I highly recommend this salon as the staff is very meticulous about the services they provide. The same man did both of my treatments and he was very precise and kind. Offered me drinks while I waited throughout the treatment. Also offered to trim my hair for free. 10/10 service“

“I went to Top Cut specifically to have my hair cut by Connie upon a recommendation by a friend who has been going to her for over 20 years. I was amazed at her professionalism and skills at cutting my hair. She was careful and communicated with me continuously about how I wanted my hair cut. She took a full hour to complete the cut. She is friendly and respectful. She gladly accommodated my request for both of us to wear masks and put my appointment at the end of the day (when there were no customers around) to prevent any exposures to COVID. I had gone to my previous barber for 30 years but Connie is significantly better and I hope to continue with her until my dying days or I go bald.“
