I did the M22 today. They have really good skills to remove all my spots. They do very detail and professional. I can see the results right away. I had a NEO 30-minute session here. It can tone your abs and butt by consistently pressuring with various patterns. 1 session is sorta equivalent to a full abs exercise. My abs felt sore in the next 2-3 days but I can tell they became tighter. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean environment. Definitely recommend this place
