I've been very happy with each of the 4 alterations I've had done at Young's over the years. One of the pieces had a lot of darts & structure, and the alterations seamlessly (get it?) flow with the original style. Great craftsmanship. 👏🏻
They did a good job patching up holes in my jacket and sowing some tears. Now I don't need to buy a new jacket. I've had this jacket 8 years and I've grown attached to it and didn't want to throw it away.
Ever since they altered a dress for a wedding one day before I was supposed to fly out for it, I've been a loyal fan of Young's Cleaners and Alterations. Their alterations are crisp and precise and leave you feeling fresh and new. I've had Anthropologie dresses with what I think are challenging fabrics to work with (like mesh) and had them tailor made to fit my proportions. Which isn't easy, considering I'm plus size with a belly. But I always feel totally fab afterwards.
