I've been going here for years for electrolysis and it's been life changing. Dao is a perfectionist, which I appreciate and her prices are reasonable. Note that she only takes cash or check.

What a great first wax experience! I have always done my own waxing so was a little nervous getting waxed by someone else but Victoria was super nice and eased my nerves. She's thorough and quick! I had a few ingrowns which she helped me get rid of. Definitely will be going back!

Victoria's is still a solid five stars for hair removal!Since my first review over a decade ago, a few things have changed - the studio moved (just a few blocks east, with better parking in my opinion), I've moved (a few times!), I tried laser hair removal (meh), and Dao has upgraded her electrolysis machine (making her process even faster). Through all the changes, my rating and loyalty remains. I can even walk across the street from where I currently live to get waxed instead of driving across the Bay Bridge and halfway across the city to get to Victoria's, but I still prefer Dao!
