Very professional. We did't have to wait at all and got seen right away. We got the impression that this is just their normal workflow as we didn't see any other clients wait too long either. The doctor provided a very thorough exam for our cat and gave us a very detailed and hypothesis-driven explanation of what the problem with his eye could be due to. Needless to say the vet was also fantastic with our cat and he seemed very comfortable during the whole exam. They also provided options for treatment and generated estimates for services right away, just as we requested. Extremely efficient and seamless service from the moment you walk in. They really are the best.
