Hot Pilates and boot camp- just do it. Feel good and kick butt on repeat. Love the instructors here, shoutout out to Melinda who will always make sure you get your sweat on and endorphins pumping!

Would highly recommend Trufusion classes to anyone looking to burn and sweat. Have been going there over two years and especially love Desi, Cynthia and Jamie's bootcamp and hot pilates/barre classes. In addition to weight training on my own, these classes really challenge my muscle endurance and make you sweat a ton every single time!

Just experienced a 45-min bootcamp session at TruFusion via ClassPass. They emphasize punctuality, requiring a 5-min early arrival. Beware of a $4 charge for a yoga mat. First-timers sign a waiver and get a tour; lockers provided. The session utilized dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands. The class was challenging but beneficial. Feedback from the trainer would have been appreciated to avoid potential injuries. Great music, heated atmosphere. Overall, a positive experience--I'm considering more sessions before committing to a monthly membership.
