Such an awesome place!! I came at 3:00pm, but the lady was on lunch. I called and checked when they will open again, but the employee opened the door for me, and helped me out during her lunch time.I was looking for a brown human hair wig but unfortunately there wasn’t really any brown ones within my budget. The amazing employee took her time showing me other options. I stood there for a minute taking my time to think. The employee was super patient and accommodating. I made my mind up and got a cute turquoise one. Human hair/lace front. The price was $295 but she worked with me and sold it to me for $230!! Omg this is seriously the best wig/hair shop in SF. Lovely customer service when visiting. The inventory is a bit limited but for what they primarily offer you can find what you need. They also offer services such as wash, braiding, wig application, etc. and soooo many wig , braiding hair, and crochet options. Price was, I think it’s fair as they are a small local business in the heart of SF.it’s hard to find what you need as a black woman in SF, this is a gem to have.

Wig buying isn't always a happy occasion. Sometimes, we need them for health reasons-- sometimes for a change, sometimes for a costume. I fall in the first category. I almost didn't come here because I just assumed they catered to costumes and Halloween, etc... Boy was i WRONG! Beatrice and Precious (Mom and Daughter) could not have been more helpful. I was so overwhelmed at the choices, types of wigs, human vs synthetic, mono something, lace something..... it was mind boggling. Precious could sense I was on the verge of tears --- just feeling so overwhelmed. Without being directive, she gently nudged me into a few choices and I ended up getting 2 wigs.
