I would like to thank Stacie Dooreck and her comprehensive SunLight Chair Yoga Teacher Training program. Wow! The modules are impressive and FULL of great information - there is no doubt Stacie is an expert in her field! Stacie shares her information and knowledge in a way that makes you want to learn as much as you can! Upon starting the program, Stacie reached out personally through email making sure I knew she was accessible and available for questions. The SunLight Chair Yoga modules were continually updated with the latest information or videos.
