The salon is beautifully designed. I felt very comfortable. All stylists work side by side. Reservation was very easy.

I have been going to Vivian for about 3 years now. She is the only person that I trust with my curls! She always knows how to cut and take care of my curly hair. I remember that I made the mistake of bleaching my hair at home...Vivian did an amazing color correction for me. A few months after that I decided to do a big chop to regrow my hair. She has really helped me take better care of my hair. All of the products that she has suggested have been really beneficial for me. My hair is still doing amazing thanks to her. I never leave the salon unsatisfied. The salon itself is super clean and bright. It definitely is a welcoming and professional environment!

I gave this experience 4 out of 5 because I had made an appointment to trim/ shape my hair to grow out for the new year 2022. Unfortunately, I changed my mind and wanted to cancel my appointment and I had called the night before to leave a voice message. The next morning came and never heard back from them. I called 3x the day before my appointment to cancel and no one answered my calls. On the downside that the salon did not call me back. Finally, the most amazing news was the stylist texted me back (luckily I had her number such a relief) and was so nice enough to confirm my appointment has been canceled. Thank you Vivien :)
