I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sara Wasserbauer and her team. From the initial consultation, I immediately felt confident that she was the right doctor for the job. She spent over an hour answering all of my questions thoroughly, and even gave my wife and me her personal cell phone number in case anything came up later—that level of care and accessibility really stood out.

When I arrived for the procedure, her team was incredible—welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely relaxed. That sense of comfort stayed with me throughout the entire process, which meant a lot.

My wife and I met with Dr Wasserbauer last week. So many great things I can say. Her entire office staff so kind and professional, and then upon meeting with Dr W I was not only amazed at her knowledge of various hair treatments but that she was able to walk us through various processes.

She was truthful, honest, kind and actually very intriguing to visit with. I have never left a doctors appointment wanting to send a thank you card and a gift certificate for them.

I had a minor cosmetic procedure performed by Dr. Wasserbauer and her staff. They all, everyone!, were so welcoming and supportive of me before, during, and after the procedure. I was very nervous going into the surgery, and they all helped to make me feel safe and comfortable. They are great people, who cared for me as a person. It's still early on in my processes, so I can't say for certain that everything turned out exactly how I had hoped for. I will be sure to follow up with the post-surgery opinions at a later date.
