Ed Rittenhouse is a genius. I've been going to him for a year now and he's transformed my hair. I originally went in for a cut and he saw my unruly, damaged, frizzy mop and recommended a keratin treatment. It was magical. It was the first time I've liked my hair in my life. A year later and I've got the blonde, slightly wavy hair that I've always wanted, and Ed brought it there without significant damage to either my hair or my wallet. He's always such a delight to spend a few hours with-- sometimes I'm not sure if I need a root touch up or just want to talk about Barbra Streisand for a while with a definitive expert. I had forgotten what a good haircut was like. It just hasn't been my top priority. Because I'm in graduate school. So I've been going to these really cheap places which still somehow end up costing me and the haircut looks maybe, a little bit, kind of, sort of, So so okay when I leave. By the very next day, however, it's unmanageable and it grows out disastrously. The moral of the story is we get what we sign on for in life. Right?But we all have the ability to choose differently. found my new salon! i'm a picky customer with specific hair needs and trish did an excellent, attentive, and intuitively creative job meeting those needs! 5 stars easy. highly recommended!
