Great experience (massage) esp in light of value for $$! I was skeptical going in thinking would be another one of those “massage light” corner spot experiences…I was mistaken! I love deep pressure for Swedish or deep tissue and the therapist did an amazing job of combining both to really help with not super tight back neck/shoulders.

I found it to be clean and relaxing and at $85 for 60 minutes with the ability to book a same-day massage, I’ll be back!

I had an amazing experience at Richmond Serenity spa from start to finish. Jenny was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. My massage therapist really listened to my preferences and focused on the areas that needed the most care, which made the treatment feel personalized and relaxing.

The atmosphere was also wonderfully comfortable — calm music, soothing scents, and a peaceful setting that made it easy to completely unwind. Everything was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed to create a stress-free experience.

I made an appointment for me and my friend today and we had good experience.the place is very clean with nice decoration .and we got good massages and masseuses were friendly .definitely will be returning back and recommend
