We stepped into wet carpets in the basement.
Oh, no!
Drainline backup!
Called Renstrom Plumbing.
They came out on the same day, cleared an obstruction and sent a camera through to survey the old drain pipe.
No wonder our hedges were so healthy. There was a hole in the drain line to the City's main sewer line.
Renstrom's crew cut open the concrete, repaired the drain lines including a new vent on the sidewalk.
A concrete Cement company came and sealed everything up.
Great work!
Would hire Renstrom Plumbing again!

Fast, friendly, reliable.I've been using Renstrom for years. After buying a home, you get to be on a first name basis with some companies. For me, it's Chris. He excels at diagnosing over the phone, saving me a lot of $$$. For example, had them install a fancy motion sensor kitchen faucet. Six months later it stops working. Called Chris. "Did you change the batteries"? Ah, no, I thought it ran on magic dust.This time my garbage disposal stopped working. Chris asks if it makes any sound. If it does it's clogged, if not, it's over, time for a replacement. So next day Alexey shows up right on time with my new Badger Insinkerator. First, I get props for clearing out the space under the sink, unlike some clients. Yay, me.8am arrival, 8:45 departure. New disposal tested and green lighted. He cleaned up & even offered to put the pile of clutter back under the sink where I can forget about it again.

Renstrom installed a water line and gas line from my garage up to my roof deck. Chris responded to my request within a day and was at my house to scope the project. He came up with a solution that was several thousands of dollars less than what others quoted. His crew was very professional and did a great job with the installation and cleanup. Chris himself communicated with me by text the entire time. I will definitely use Renstrom for all future plumbing needs.
