Per usual, Gene takes great care of me and in return, I take great care of him! I need to see him more often, it's like hair therapy, it's sooooo good for you! Will be back in a few months for my hair check-in! Thank you again, Gene!

Gene is amazing. He's the raddest, laid-back, and accommodating stylist when it comes to giving your hair the cut and/or color you need. Will definitely be coming back, though I'll be surprised if people aren't keeping him booked around the clock!

For so long the search to find someone who could replace my former hair guru who put down her scissors for baby bottles and diapers... I was just waiting for Gene. Super chill, great consultation, the head massage was crazy good, approached my hair as part of the whole - just works. I'm an easy, no fuss, girl and my hair feels that way - but that's the result of his precise and careful cut and color. This morning I put in some leave-in conditioner and gave my head the quick blowdry, ran my fingers through - and walked out. Yes, it is that good. I am so glad I set my next appt before leaving, because, honestly, who walks away from a person who just makes life brighter...read full review
