My kitten had an accident and broke his femur/hip and needed FHO surgery. We had the added stress of it being Christmas Eve and called around to various vet hospitals in the area before finding OAVH.I got in touch with Nikki who was so friendly, thorough, and transparent about pricing/process. They were able to fit us in on the 26th and all went smoothly with my kitten’s surgery. I've brought my sisters dog here and recently brought mine here. No matter which vet is doing the check up, they are always calm and gentle. The technicians are also very helpful and explained all the procedures thoroughly.

Just left the vet, extremely satisfied with the whole team! Front desk girl was amazing at recognizing the emergency and the whole team involved- vet technician and veterinarian were so extremely patient and nice.We really have had bad experiences from other vets in SF. So this was a pleasant surprise.We have a 20 year old dog and we do everything in the world to take care of him so it's nice they understood usThank you ocean vet hospital !
