Naomi is hands down the best in her field. She is a true professional that transcends you into another place and time. With each layer of product she puts on your skin, you melt deeper and deeper into relaxation. Her facial massage is absolutely perfect. You can feel through her hands that she truly cares about giving you the best experience. I couldn't recommend her more, she is THE BEST!

We went on a weekday around 9pm. There were maybe 15 customers in total, so everything was available. I love that the Nomi Day Spa on the 1st floor is coed, so that coed customers need not separate to enjoy that amenity.
