I had such a wonderful experience at Mulberry Cleaners! I stopped in yesterday because I needed to have my boss’s collar steamed before an important speaking event. Katherine was incredibly sweet, helpful, and kind. She took the time to steam it for me and, to my surprise, wouldn’t even accept any payment.

It’s not every day you experience that level of genuine kindness and customer service. Katherine truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Mulberry Cleaners to anyone looking for great service and people who genuinely care about their customers.

Thank you, Katherine, for making my day! ❤

Got a simple pair of jeans hemmed and they told me it would be completed in two weeks, but it ended up taking over a month. They initially said they couldn’t do anything but then provided a fair compensation. Hem was fine.
