Simply the best! Such attention to detail and beautifully executed. Had a hunch of pants and shorts hemmed and brought in. They did a fantastic job at a fair price. I love that it’s appointment based so we could mark up each item without distraction or someone breathing down my back. Best of all- the honest feedback when one item was going to cost about the same as buying a new pair of pants. She was candid with me and I appreciated that! Job well done!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Sally has done SUCH an amazing job with everything that I’ve brought to her. She has tailored suits, chinos, jeans, jackets - you name it. She is thoughtful about the style of the garments and giving you all the details and optionality to make decisions and look your best. She has a tremendous eye for tailoring and she alters everything to perfection. I have taken my garments to other “great” tailors in the past and Sally has fixed all of their mistakes. There is not a better value in SF. Thank you Sally!
I have been taking my clothes to SF Tailors for years -- they are the best! Through all the changing denim trends, various formal wear for weddings and parties, and those incredible second-hand clothing finds that need to be tweaked to fit, they do it all. I just took two pairs of wide leg jeans to be hemmed -- they can mimic the "original hem" which if you are shorter than 5' 9'', you know that's so much of the charm of the pant.
