Our family has been using Mission Cats for well over a year to care for our cat. The team is so kind and attentive and the daily updates keep us connected to our fur ball while we are away. Mission Cats went above and beyond for us over the Thanksgiving holiday when we had a devastating family loss that required last minute travel. Despite it being a holiday week, Mission Cats stepped up last minute to care for our cat. It was a huge load of our backs to know he was in good hands while we were dealing with our family's loss. Whenever a friend asks for a recommendation for a cat sitter, I always pass along Mission Cats.
Maury, Drea, and others at Mission Cats have been visiting to care for my kitties for 10 years. Ever since I booked at the last minute for that first holiday trip in 2012, it's been great to have people I trust ready step in. It gives me peace of mind when I'm away, and I love to get the daily emails with pictures of my babies.
Mission Cats of Oakland came to the rescue when my cat got very sick the day before a family vacation. The service and care they provided my cat, coupled with the clear and frequent communication saved my trip and helped my very sick cat. I cannot say enough kind things about the service and the fees were reasonable given the level of care provided. They even took my cat to the vet when a last minute slot opened up. Amazing service, nice people, great care.
