Micah is a great listener and makes you feel so comfortable! They can do literally anything and have done hours and hours of mostly cover ups and redesigning my old tattoos from teenage years.

This was my favorite tattoo experience ever! For my sixth tattoo, I wanted a type of algae, but with amazing color, and most of the artists I found did black and grey algae. I expanded my search to the Bay Area (I live in Monterey), and found Micah, and am so so so glad I did.
From the beginning, Micah makes you feel comfortable, and is transparent with how they work, what they charge and it makes for a great collaborative experience. They have a cute, comfy studio, and really take the time to listen to you, figure out what’s important, and make an amazing piece of permanent art. I have 30+ hours of tattoo work on my body from Micah across my upper back, arms, and sternum. I could not have picked a more talented, compassionate, and professional artist to decorate my body. As well as being insanely creatively talented with abstract, color, and unique designs, Micah is an extremely effective communicator so you know what you're going to get and how. They were very affirming with my own body insecurities, but also designed and placed the tattoos in a way that flattered my shape. I get loads of complements on my tattoos everywhere I go and I will always come back to Micah for future body art.
