I got the string replaced on the some old blinds because the string was wearing out, they are a family owned business and very responsibly priced, they even helped carry them out to the car. I would recommend them if you need new blinds or want to repair older ones. I was told they can even come out to your home to pick up blinds for repair if need be, for an additional cost. Great service, and it got finished rather quickly, thanks!

My experience with Maxwell Window Shades was outstanding! The owners and their adult children are third generation and fourth generation with this business and there is something about the quality and personal assistance you receive from a family owned shop going back 4 generations that cannot be duplicated any other way. I ordered new blinds for 5 windows. Originally, I was going to get malfunctioning ancient blinds repaired. They made a home visit and explained why it was more economical and attractive to get new mini blinds. They were right! We contacted Maxwell Window Shades to replace the blinds on 5 windows in our condo with shades. The entire experience, from initial call to installation was top notch. The Maxwell team is very professional, efficient, and friendly! I really appreciated the in home consultation and wide selection of shades they offered.
