Lotte Beauty Salon is a local hair salon that offers a range of services, including haircuts, coloring, and styling. The salon has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have praised the professional and patient service, as well as the excellent work, others have reported feeling rushed and not receiving the full attention of the stylists. The salon is known for its punctual service, with one customer noting that their stylist, Jennifer, completed the haircut and blowout within 40 minutes. The salon's pricing is slightly higher than what some customers are used to, but the quality of the work has been highly regarded. Overall, Lotte Beauty Salon seems to provide a satisfactory experience for those seeking hair services, though the level of service may vary depending on the individual stylist.
I came to Jenifer with a complete mess. My roots had been growing in for a year and there was a harsh cut off between my natural color and the blonde. The blonde I did have was yellow and brassy. Jenifer did a sort of balayage to fade my natural in with the blonde. She also toned my hair to make it look less orange/yellow. In addition to fixing my color, she gave me the best hair cut of my life and layered my hair perfectly how I wanted. Highly recommend!
I was scared of going there because my hair is curly and I didn't know if they would have experience with it but it was perfectly fine. Service was nice, haircut was good, and I went from extra long hair to medium length which I loved it. She cut it the exact length that I wanted it.
Felt extremely rushed, the stylist kept getting up to answer the phone/ make me wait while she took a few calls, and barely listened to me. Don’t go here if you aren’t a regular. You can get a very similar cut for half the price else where
