I’ve been coming here for years and it’s changed my life! I get such a great workout in just 40 minutes and it’s transformed my body! I feel so strong after class and the instructor focus on form and control has let me push myself while keeping myself injury free!

I'd struggled with megaformer classes I'd taken in the past at other studios since I find the instruction tends to go a little too quickly for me to follow but this one went at a steady but comfortable pace and the instructor Jessie was really helpful with corrections.
