Quality and customer service is A+. We had an issue with one of our orders and they immediately shipped us another key in a timely manner. Also there’s a feature where you can save your key in the kiosk using your fingerprint, in case you lose your master. I Definitely recommend this service. The fob keys are mailed to you but only take about 3-5 days. I got mines in 3. Standard metal keys are made then and there at the kiosk for about 8.99. It’s the reason I gave Key Me a 4 star rather than 5… i thought the price was a bit high for metal keys.

KeyMe is super convenient. Insert the key inside the machine, pay and go home. No need to wait in line and no one give me hard for copying a "do not duplicate" keys for my apartment door. Feels like future. Love it.
