I was deeply disappointed with the customer service I received from Dina. As someone working in customer service myself, I was shocked by her ruthless and rude attitude during a phone call with a person struggling with mental health issues. Her lack of empathy and professionalism was disheartening and left me questioning the values of the company she represents.

Run as far away as you can from this place. The reviews don't lie. Dr Gina Clark is awful. She is cold and sarcastic with an uncaring tone. It is unbelievable she works in mental health. I felt like I was talking with a confrontational police detective. She dismissed a diagnosis a doctor had given me and meddled in my life outside of the boundaries of her practice with me. She'll dismiss her patients complaints about her as symptoms of their mental illness and won't take responsibility for her own demeanor. Beware of her and this terrible department at Kaiser. Extremely long wait times, records of service I received were inaccurate, process to get an appointment only exacerbated the stress I was seeking help for. Their system is terrible. I do not recommend them at all.
