Last weekend my partner and I viewed a rental property by Chris Woon (2371 16th AVE). He was very unprofessional when we asked how the application process worked and how long the lease was for. He began to ask us what our credit score was, what we did for work, and how much we made. We asked about the process not to be screened at a showing with other viewers in the house. Highly recommend JODI group help Chris with people skills and not judging potential renters. We were very interested in the property & more than qualified to apply. However, his judgmental attitude, disrespect to our privacy, and a constant reminder that the owners are "meticulous" on who they will rent the property to made us lose interest QUICKLY! It made us wonder how they plan on picking renters for this house.

I live in an apartment managed by Jodi Group for the last 2 years and I've had a terrible experience. They do not respond to any maintenance requests, will completely Ignore you, and if they do respond you are strung along to set up maintenance appointments yourself and communicate with repair men for weeks. They completely disregard SF building codes to the point that I had to call the sf building inspection on them multiple times (in which they were in clear violation) and even dragged them to court (which we won). The owner of the building was completely clueless and didn't realize that the apartments and our needs were neglected because JODI did not communicate to the owner. I truly feel bad for the owner as they were left paying the violation fees. I can't speak to the Realtors, but If you are a renter or someone looking to use them as a property management please beware!
