I've had the pleasure of working with Janice Lee of Coldwell Banker Realty while dealing with a Probate sale. It was an out-of-state transaction happening during the holiday season. Janice and a co-realtor rose to the occasion taking the apprehension off of my shoulders. We met at the property to assess the best plan of action for preparing the property for sale and Janice immediately stepped up arranging the clean-out of the property and clean up to get it ready for an open house.
