I have been having my hair cut by Nancy for over 15 years. I keep coming back because this place feels like home and my family loves her like an aunt! She is a neighborhood institution for me. This aside, her experience cutting hair shows, and she charges a third of what you would pay anywhere else. She has an easy and friendly way with customers, making everyone feel welcome and cared for without talking too much. She always washes my hair with the yummiest smelling almond shampoo and conditioner. After a quick confirmation of what I want, she gives me a perfect hair cut every time. She always seems to know how to incorporate my new ideas, and has a natural feel for what cuts look good on different hair types (mine is fine and straight). She was very patient when I colored my hair for the first time and made some excellent suggestions based on the look I was going for (copper-brown). Lastly, she is always flexible with rescheduling appointments! Give Hair Touch a try if you're tired of fussy salons with hipper-than-thou stylists in the Marina or Financial District, that charge an arm and a leg. Nancy is a real gem and a neighborhood favorite in the Inner Richmond district.

I have been a regular for so many years. Nancy cuts, color and highlight my long hair every time. She cares about hair styling and pays attention to details. She would tell me straight up if the hair style (or color) could work or not work for a very good reason. And she would give me a better alternative. Others might think she is rude but I rather have her honest option than have someone being a "Yes" man and don't have a heart. The pricing is fair. Not too expensive. If you are not sure, ask for an estimate first.

Nancy has been my hair stylist for almost 10 years. She always gives me good hairstyle advice. She takes her time to make my hair prefect. Although I have moved from the Peninsula to the East Bay, I still perfer going to Nancy for the haircut. I recommanded Hair Touch to couple friends for the haircuts and they all like it.
