I think it's pretty ridiculous to charge $70 for a service fee. I'm happy to tip the piercer. Total was around $190 for a double lobe piercing! I found it too expensive for a simple procedure.
They accept walk ins, but just make an appointment. They had a 3 hour wait when I got there and it looked like 1 person piercing. Try another local shop or prepare for a visit here with an appointment for your own sanity.
