Tl;dr: Appointment, incredibly quick work, went above and beyond to help me out.Had an embedding lip piercing (my own fault). Came here to get a longer bar, which I was dreading for the annoyance factor. I was seen incredibly fast for my appointment and was in and out within 10 minutes.This place could have easily charged me for new jewelry (and I would have been okay with it). But instead they just switched my post to one with a bigger flat back. They charged me only for the post AND I got to keep my original spiked end :DI appreciate their help so much! Went in yesterday (with a non-piercing apt) to shop for some jewelry for my older piercings, and figured I'd get second lobe piercings while I was there. When we arrived the jewelry counter & waiting area was bustling! Thankfully it didn't take long at all to be helped.Cassidy was awesome & helped tremendously with jewelry selection (I'm picky about my pieces, especially ease of cleaning, so her expertise & advice was much appreciated). They have a great in-stock jewelry selection (picked out some v cute gold+cz studs for my lobes) but also facilitate orders from the full BVLA/anatometal catalog, plus customizations. It's been about 8 weeks since I had a second hole pierced in both my ear lobes and they are doing great! Very professional, comfortable setup with feeling too sterile like you're at a doctor's office. Everyone is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I made an appointment the day of (which I recommend as it was extremely busy) and I was in and out in about 30 mins with jewelry selection. Highly recommend this business for piercings!
