GRC Roofing just recently completed a full replacement of a flat roof and other shingle roof areas of the entire row of 8 adjoined condos that make up the complex I lve in, in Tiburon, CA. GRC came highly recommended to us, for our decision of what contractor to hire, and our own experience with GRC was extremely positive as well. We found that everyone we dealt with at GRC - Vernal in the office, Christie, Rocky and his team on-site - all were very professional, hard working, responsive to our needs, informative and a pleasure to deal with. It is with great pleasure that we recommend GRC most highly to anyone in need of the roofing services they provide.

Replaced our roof about 10 years ago and we have had no problems since then. They did the re-roofing when we were getting solar panels installed. They took the old roof off, the panel posts were installed and then put the new roof on around the posts and sealed them. This meant that the 20 year warranty was not invalidated (which happens when cutting in to an existing roof to install solar panels.). The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the solar company and GRC roofing didn't coordinate particularly well and always went though me instead of communicating with each other directly, which was inconvenient when I was busy at work.
