I am very impressed with Paul's work from Golden Oak Hardwood Floors. He came at the last minute for me and worked very efficiently. The end result is just gorgeous and the added bonus the floors are so quiet. I was a little apprehensive about going with dark stain but told him to do what he would do for his home and I love it. Life is Too Short to have ugly floors.

This company and his team did our floor sin 2015. They are fabulous, I have referred him many time. We own a beautiful 4k square foot home in San Mateo and our floors gets abused by two dogs and hundreds of young people (we have six children). I get compliments all the time and you can not find craftsmen like these. They hand sewn a portion of our floor to match the 20 year old portions, impressive. Excellent company, excellent staff, genius. Oh and they are very reasonable. Calling again to have them redone:-) because we want to change the color. They still look amazing. They took our parquet floor, our den (two entirely different surfaces) and hand sewn the middle to...read full review

Paul and his team are amazing miracle workers. #1 his price is extremely fair and better then all other bids I got for my hardwood floors. #2 he looks out for his customers as if they're his friends. All other flooring companies wanted to sand down my entire house to refinish my floors even though 95% of the floor was in good shape. Paul suggested refinishing and color matching as best he could the section that was worn and then recoat the entire house with 2 layers of poly to protect the floor and have the house match. He and his team worked incredibly fast, were super transparent on what they could and couldn't do and in general were great to work with. I cannot recommend...read full review
