Cindy is the best! Her designs are so pretty, and she takes great care to make sure you're happy throughout the entire process -- from the design to placement to tattooing itself. She was incredibly kind when I asked for changes to my design and helped me find something that I love. Also, my tattoo from her over 1.5yrs ago is aging really well and looks amazing still! No touch-ups needed. 10/10 recommend Cindy!
