This woman has amazing memory and efficiency. I came here for the first time 2 days ago, not wearing glasses, to drop off my suit; and when I returned two days later, wearing glasses, she recognized me at first sight and brought me my cleaned suit without me saying a single word.
I’ve lived in San Francisco for 25 years and in Noe Valley since 2008. Absolutely the best spot for dress shirts, dry cleaning, alterations and repairs I’ve ever been to. By a long shot. And when I consider the price I pay, it’s almost too good to be true. And if all that wasn’t enough, the customer service here is also perfect. Highly recommended.
Fantastic local dry cleaner and alterations. Martha is always a pleasure, friendly, and helpful. She's sown a missing button on a shirt for me on the spot and without charge. Plus there's always a treat for my dog. Wonderful to have them in the neighborhood!
