Really enjoy staying here for business trips. Room rates are very reasonable and it's a mostly safe, central location making it easy to get to most places in the city very easily. I love that the rooms are very well lit, modern and comfortable. There are several food places within walking distance, but the attached Mel's is good and reliable.
Not your typical courtyard. But in a good way. Older building that has been very well turned into a Marriott but it's not the typical cookie cutter courtyard. It's very charming and full of character but everything is still nic new and clean. Will stay again. It's also close to coffee and food. Jane on Larkin was great for coffee. There is a Starbucks closer but Jane's has better coffee.
We just had one night here in between legs of our trip and the staff really took care of us! They were so helpful. The room was clean and nice, the laundry facilities were free, and the location was central enough to quickly get the fam over to Pier 39 and other activities.
Just wanted to give a positive shout-out again to the desk staff.
