Suzanne's class was so fun. She is an original old school, fun Pilates teacher. It was a great workout on the reformer with good hands-on adjustments . I will definitely come back!

Miquel is hands down one of the best instructors on the west coast. If you’re lucky, you might snag a spot in his schedule. Not only is he extremely smart and intuitive, he also has a giant heart. Couldn’t recommend this place enough — working with him is absolutely worth the investment. Love you Miquel!!!!

I can highly recommend Miki for core strength! Miki has been my favorite Pilates instructor for many years—her deep knowledge and love for Pilates gave me strength, body awareness, and confidence. I feel empowered each and every time I leave her studio! Miki is an excellent and intuitive teacher who knows what your body needs and how to reach the goal you set for yourself. She is patient and gentle, but when it's time for a great workout, she will make you sweat, and you won't even notice!
