I love this place. I bring all of our dry cleaning and alterations here. I also trust them with my Burberry jackets and wool coats. Never had a problem or complaint about service or turnaround time. Highly recommend :-)

Can't say enough about the hardworking couple who own & operate this business. Soon after we became customers, they recognized us by face and also had memorized our phone number to key in to look for our clothes as soon as we walk in. No receipt or prompt from us is ever needed. We left San Francisco for 2 years and when we came back, she still remembered our phone number! Our clothes always come back on time (or earlier) and in great condition. We have used Burns for tailoring, too, and they have replaced zippers on high end items such as Arc'teryx jackets and done other adjustments flawlessly. Thank you, Burns!
