    Bridge Housing presents itself as an organization committed to helping low-income individuals and families find stable housing. While that mission is important and greatly needed in our communities, my experience raises serious concerns about how fairly the process is being managed at the property level.

    Organizations that serve vulnerable populations must hold themselves to the highest ethical standards. Unfortunately, it appears that some property managers have the ability to remove or delete individuals from waiting lists without transparency or clear explanation.     The building is brand new but the property management is garbage.

    There are no rules enforced here, the no animals allowed is not accurate because I've seen dogs, cats, and one lady has a snake. It's supposed to be limited to service animals but nowadays everybody's animal is a service animal. The building is also supposed to be smoke free but when I go to my neighbors house on the second floor in the evenings the whole floor reeks of marijuana. People are at the park after 9pm purposely banging on the play structure, and bouncing basketballs; there is no basketball hoop. People take their dogs out to the play structure to let them pee and poop. It...read full review
