Noi is amazing! I have never tried a Thai massage before but it was just what I needed to get rid of some knots in my legs and my shoulders. You can make an appointment online and pick your masseuse (I recommend Noi) and knock on the door - if locked- to wait. They have you take your shoes off and then change into some loose clothing. Thai massage uses your own body weight, so there's some movements where your sort of twisted around, so I like the loose clothing. Sometimes it can be painful, especially when you are tight in certain spots, but overall I leave feeling super relaxed.

I was seen by Noi and went with the Refresh Thai Massage. I got lucky it was a cooler break during a heat wave. Noi was understanding of the places I said couldn't take pressure, attentive to requests on the day, and very talented at relaxing even the toughest knots.I had requested help with inflammation in my legs and feet, I was just hoping for some relief, and was so happy and thankful Noi knew exactly what to do to get out the worst of it. The oil back massage was wonderful as well.I will be back. What a gem.

If I could give this more than five stars I would. I just returned from Thailand, and I swear I received a better massage here than I did there. She was so strong and hit all the right spots without me having to even ask. She is very intuitive with the body, I had a very relaxing afternoon afterwards so cheers to them and they've got themselves a new customer
