About Mystic Hot Springs
Mystic Hot Springs is a unique and rustic getaway that offers a range of accommodations, including colorful school buses turned into apartments, RV spots with hookups, and tent camping sites with firepits. The main attraction is the hot springs themselves, with a simple layout featuring two main lower pools and an overlook with small tubs of varying temperatures. The property is home to farm ducks, peacocks, and kitties that roam freely, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. With a limited and spaced-out reservation system, guests can enjoy superior seclusion and relaxation in this off-the-beaten-path paradise. While prices have increased and soaking passes are no longer included with overnight stays, Mystic Hot Springs remains a one-of-a-kind destination for those seeking a down-to-earth hot springs experience.
We had a lovely overnight stay in the Other One Bus in April. We got there late after flight delays out of Las Vegas and Mike was so helpful! The bus was super cozy and perfect after a long day of travel. We woke up the next morning to peacocks walking outside the bus and a view of the mountains. That was pretty awesome. The hot springs were everything we hoped for and even more awesome than we imagined. Can't wait to visit again!
Being from Colorado, I'm lucky enough to have an abundance of amazing hot springs of all different types within a short drive or day trip from me. Many are going the way of the fancy resort style, continuously building while packing their tubs so full you must cram in like sardines with other patrons. Mystic Hot Springs was a breath of fresh air however, and worthy of the road trip it took to get there.Rustic and wild, they offer a range of options to stay on their beautiful property. Cute school buses painted an array of colors and turned into little apartments are the stars of the show. There is also plenty of RV spots with hookups and tent camping sites with firepits...read full review
This is one of my favorite places to stay when making road trips through Utah. It is so gorgeous and still has that down to earth feel that you want when visiting hot springs. Post pandemic their prices went way up, and you have to book in advance for the hot springs. It is unfortunate that soaking passes are not included with an overnight stay!
